Heat Press Instructions - Rhinestone Transfers

1. Temperature - Set heat press machine to temperature between 350F and 365F.
2. Check your transfer sheet to assure all rhinestones are properly placed. If you notice a rhinestone out of place, use tweezers to pick up and place stone it it's proper place. 
3. Carefully peel white backing sheet from adhesive paper holding your rhinestone design and place transfer on to garment, rhinestone side down.
4. Place Teflon sheet over transfer to protect your heat machine from damage. 
5. Press transfer for 15 seconds.
6. Rub transfer with thick towel or oven mitt to help assure all stones have stuck. 
7. Let transfer cool for about 30 seconds and then peel transfer backing off. 


Frequently Asked Questions:

"What if there are rhinestones still stuck on the adhesive paper?"
-Press again for 15 seconds and/or make the tension tighter on your machine.
-If the rhinestones are still not sticking, there is a chance the rhinestone is defective. In which case, you can manually place a new rhinestone in place of the old one, directly on to the garment, and then press again.
-It is also a good idea to have an adhesive glue on hand for adhering the rhinestones.

"What if a rhinestone is adhered to my garment but not in the proper place for the design?"
-Press again for up to 10 seconds. The heat will loosen the glue and should allow you to remove the out of place rhinestone with your fingers or a tweezer. 
-To avoid this, assure that the rhinestone are in the proper place before pressing the transfer to your garment.
